Our Cat Will Not Eat This Newer Version!

Our cat used to enjoy eating this product, but when the label changed from blue to yellow it seems so has the recipe. Our cat literally sniffs it and walks away. We purchased several cans from a pet supply store online now we're stuck with a useless product. Not recommended!

    Ocean white fish large cans

I have always Fed my two cats the large cans, since the change to yellow labels, my cats will eat it but throw it up after eating. The food is thicker and smells worse. This is one of the only cat foods I can feed my cat, due to health problems and recommended by the vet. Now I will buy the small cans PLEASE do not change this formula too!!!!!! Why the change would love to know!

    Cats won't eat

I have always given my cats (6 yrs, 8 yrs) the Ocean Whitefish and Tuna previously offered for the past 2-5 years, but now they refuse to eat the Pate. What happened to the formula and the sauce that was in the previous recipe? I also have tried the Salmon Dinner Pate, same problem. I have at least 20 cans between the two flavors. What do you recommend?

    SOMETHING HAS CHANGED

The new large yucky yellow cans of Ocean Whitefish & Tuna Classic pate' cat food is no longer acceptable by my cats. What has changed other than deleting the word classic? My cats smell it and walk away. Before the change it was the only flavor they would eat.

    3 Cats & It's Unanimous-New Recipe/New Can-YUCK!!

We have 3 cats, and they all used to LOVE the 'ocean whitefish with tuna' - it was one of their favorites! But now, as other comments have mentioned, the new 'recipe' in the new yellow can with the new design is bad!! You can clearly see and smell that it is different. NONE of our cats will eat it! They smell it and walk away. Even our one cat who will eat practically anything turns up his nose at it! We used to buy the larger cans in this flavor for them, but now no more. We're trying to find any stores that still sell the old style large blue can, but so far no luck. Otherwise we'll have to get the smaller can - unless that's changed, too. The smaller cans also aren't as good of a deal, and disappear quicker with 3 cats. Even the larger cans are getting very expensive at certain stores, compared to dog food. And if what we're paying for is bad and not eaten by our cats then it's all the more unreasonable. This is unacceptable! We are very disappointed Friskies!!! Bring back the old recipe!!!!!

The NEW Whitefish and Tuna PATE' SUCKS!!

What's with the change in recipe for the Whitefish and Tuna wet food in the 10 oz. can? It smells horrible and our cats HATE it. I knew when I saw the MUSTARD YELLOW label something had changed and we were right! We've been loyal Friskies Whitefish and Tuna, 10 oz. CLASSIC PATE' with the BLUE label consumers for over 5 years. Luckily, we discovered Dollar General Stores in our area still had the original, 10 oz Whitefish and Tuna CLASSIC PATE' with the BLUE label. We've easily spent close to $100.00 in the last 3 days to stock our shelves with the original CLASSIC PATE' in the 10 oz. can. Our cats love the 10 oz CLASSIC PATE' Whitefish and Tuna. They don't even like the small cans. Musta changed the recipe there too. PLEASE bring back the 10 oz. Whitefish and Tuna CLASSIC PATE in the BLUE I own my own business. If I changed something without telling my clients generating a ONE STAR review like this, I'd think about changing back to the recipe that WORKS!

    Changed formula ??

have fed this for several years and most recent purchase stinks. Must have had to cheapen your formula like most other companies these days. Texture is different and smell is disgusting to humans. Cats still eat it if really hungry but not first choice like it used to be.
