Casting Call! Become a “Together We Can” Artist.

The 40th anniversary of Earth Day takes place this April, and Friskies, along with Fancy Feast, invite you to join us in our efforts to protect the planet that people and their cats call home. We've created a new recycling campaign called "Together We Can" to raise awareness of the importance of recycling aluminum pet food cans.
According to recycling industry sources, it’s estimated that less than 20% of aluminum pet food cans are recycled each year, compared to 54% of aluminum cans. Together, we know we can make a positive difference in the amount of aluminum pet food cans that are recycled nationwide and here's your opportunity to lend a hand, or a paw, to the effort.
We are looking for imaginative pet lovers, environmentalists, artists and celebrities to create cat-inspired art from empty Friskies and/or Fancy Feast cat food cans. Qualifying works of art will go on display at the exclusive "RePURRposed Art Gallery," a one-night-only gallery experience in New York City featuring art and design works hand-crafted from and inspired by cat food cans.
Join us in this campaign to help pets and people curtail their impact on the planet by recycling and repurposing aluminum cat food cans. It's a fun and easy way to perform a good deed for the planet with your pet!
